Piracy Notice Issued

The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) issued a Notice advising mariners navigating the Malacca and Singapore Straits to exercise extra vigilance and to have in place measures on preventing and suppressing acts of piracy and armed robbery against ships.
