Navy Vows to Reduce Shipbuilding Costs

According to a report from Reuters, the U.S. Navy agreed that it does not have good track record in shipbuilding, as ship costs are rising faster than its total budget. On July 30 the U.s. Navy vowed to aggressively implement cost-reduction.
