Marine LNG Spills: Comment Period Reopened

The U.S. Coast Guard has reopened, until August 22, the comment period on the petition from the City of Fall River, Massachusetts. The petition asks the agency to promulgate regulations establishing thermal and vapor dispersion exclusion zones for marine spills of LNG. 70 Fed. Reg. 36363 (HK Law)
